This study aims to find out how the accounting information system for current cash
disbursements at PT Robinson Maju Bersama, and currently the Cash Disbursement System
is still conventional in which the submission in the process only gives a brief report and no
detailed expenditure details are only taken the total amount so there is often a difference
between recording physical evidence and bookkeeping, and the lack of evidence of cash
disbursements used, making reporting on cash disbursements more difficult. To overcome
these problems, it is necessary to implement a system that can simplify the work of employees
by using an Application Technology that uses the Waterfall method to support the needs of
accounting information systems in the process of cash disbursement which is faster in its
procedures, Accurate data and make it easier in cash disbursement reports, the design of
the application will be made with UML and Mysql diagrams as the database, Admin and
Finance can easily access project requests to make Cash disbursement reports very quickly
making it easier for PT Robinson Maju Bersama to make reports Monthly and Annual Cash
disbursements.
